Menjangan Island

Clear water, healthy walls, wild deer on the beach

Menjangan sits inside West Bali National Park. Visibility often reaches 30 metres, currents stay gentle, and eleven dive sites ring the island. Boats leave from Banyuwedang Harbour — about 30 minutes across.

Snorkel the shallows, dive the walls, try scuba for the first time, or freedive the same clear water. Lunch is on the beach, where the deer come down.
